HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take up to 3 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 5 days. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

 Shipping Time: 2-3 Business days 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/ADDRESS?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.

If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at hygr.sg@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.

Can I ship outside of Singapore?

Yes we do ship outside of Singapore. International shipping is available for $45 SGD
